Who We Are

Success

Preserving and growing our clients’ assets depends on having a complete financial picture. That means every client gets personalized attention to determine what matters most to them. Together, we’ll define your objectives, understand your options, and build a clear and holistic road map that will help us work toward achieving your goals.

Asking The Right Questions

We’ll ask the right questions to get to know you and how you want your money to work for you. It’s our Fit Test—we want to understand your life goals, retirement strategies, education needs, current and future budgeting, preferences about risk, and more—so we can determine if we’re the right fit for you, and you for us.

Keeping You In The Loop

Our goal is a well-informed client, so we welcome your questions, too. We’re always happy to explain the rationale behind our advice and recommendations. That’s how we create a bespoke investment strategy that’s informed by your objectives, making sure you’re comfortable with the roadmap. Then, it’s time to put your custom plan in motion.

Measuring Progress

Staying on the right path is crucial, and your dedicated advisor will actively monitor your
portfolio’s performance. With ongoing tracking, we’ll have a complete picture of selections and be able to predict and navigate any necessary course corrections.

You're in good hands...

Our Team

With you every step of the way.

Dan Morris, CRPC, CRPS

Daniel Morris, CRPC, has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry. His consultative approach has two parts: First, Dan takes the time to listen to and understand his clients’ financial situations, preferences, challenges, and goals. Then, he helps educate and inform clients about their comprehensive options. Dan offers recommendations for asset allocations that are custom designed to accurately reflect each client’s income and growth goals, while maximizing capital preservation.

For Dan, a Registered Investment Advisor, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist, the journey is more enjoyable when there’s a plan to get there. At Belpointe, Dan helps his clients make more informed, effective financial decisions that leave them feeling relieved, confident, self-assured, and empowered. His objective financial advice and comprehensive approach is tailored to reflect his client’s goals beyond just their finances. He takes great joy in helping clients attain the lifestyle they’re striving for, maintaining that lifestyle for the rest of their lives, and retaining that lifestyle for generations to come.

Prior to Belpointe, Dan was at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he was a Financial Advisor within the Private Client Group. He has also held similar positions with Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. Dan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University. He has passed his series 66 securities examination and is a licensed insurance producer.

Dan lives in Stamford, CT with his wife, Ida, and two daughters. He is very active in the community, serving as President of Project Music and the Stamford Old-Timers’ Athletic Association, as well as serving on the Boards of Directors for several non-profits.

Ross Karp, CLTC

Ross Karp, CLTC, has more than 15 years’ experience as a licensed Life, Disability and Long-Term Care Insurance professional. His expertise on policies and procedures is rivaled only by his belief in the human aspect of insurance. He is passionate about helping to protect people—their wealth, families, lifestyles, and everything they worked so hard to build.

His approach starts with a single question “What is the plan if something were to happen to you?” Ross takes the time to talk with clients, listen to them, and understand their particular situations, which includes conducting objective reviews of any existing insurance coverage. From that, he determines the type and level of protection clients actually need, and as an independent broker who has relationships with most major insurance carriers, he then sources the best product(s) to meet those needs. He makes sure clients understand the course of action he recommends and why he recommends it. His goal is for clients to have the peace of mind that comes with knowing, if anything happens, the proper protection is in place.

To be able to best serve his clients, Ross started 3P Insurance Services in 2011. Prior to that, he spent two years heading up the Life Insurance division for a New York City based Group Benefits and Property and Casualty firm. His previous experience also includes working as an agent at Guardian Life Insurance Company and New York Life Insurance Company.

Before entering the insurance industry, Ross was a high school history, psychology, and economics teacher. It is because of his extensive classroom training that Ross knows how to make complicated concepts easy to understand, which is key to insurance. He was also a professional DJ for 10 years.
One of the founders of My Networking Group, Ross has built a strong and solid professional network across a variety of industries. Due to the strength of this network, Ross also considers himself an asset for his clients, to help bring them trusted resources that they need to solve non-insurance related issues.

Ross lives in New York City with his wife Elayne. He enjoys cooking and is an avid sports fan.

Angelena Grady

Angelena Grady is a Health and Life Producer who takes pride in customizing an insurance plan to meet the specific needs of each client and their family. After witnessing the struggle people face in the wake of a lost one, she grew a deep understanding of what it means to not have adequate coverage or none at all. Her goal is to expose more people to insurance, educate them on products and advise them as to their best options. By doing this, she hopes to help reduce the risk of financial hardship caused by unexpected illness, disability and/or death.

Angelena studied Journalism at Saddleback College and Cal State University of Long Beach, where she wrote for both student-run newspapers.

Though the majority of her work before joining the insurance industry was in hospitality, she spent four years at a publication called OC Weekly, as both a reporter and photographer.

Outside of work, Angelena enjoys hockey and football, loves to travel, workout and practice her photography skills. Living with her boyfriend and their two cats, life doesn’t get better than that.
